Shipping & Delivery Policy (Pakistan)

1. Delivery Fees & Free Delivery Threshold

At SAAMBROS, shipping fees across Pakistan are structured transparently:

• Subtotal below Rs. 5,000: Flat delivery charge of Rs. 310 is applied nationwide.
• Subtotal of Rs. 5,000 or above: FREE DELIVERY anywhere in Pakistan.

2. 10% Advance Payment Policy on Orders ≥ Rs. 3,000

To mitigate fraudulent and bogus orders on high-value electronics and RC hobby products:

• Orders below Rs. 3,000: 100% Cash on Delivery (COD) available.
• Orders of Rs. 3,000 and above: Require a 10% Advance Deposit via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Direct Bank Transfer before dispatch. The remaining 90% balance is paid to the courier rider upon delivery.

3. Courier Partners & Estimated Transit Times

All parcels are packed securely with heavy bubble wrap and shipped via our authorized courier partners including TCS, Trax Logistics, and Call Courier:

• Lahore / Punjab Major Hubs: 1 to 2 business days.
• Karachi / Sindh / Islamabad / Rawalpindi / Peshawar / Multan: 2 to 3 business days.
• Balochistan, Interior Sindh, AJK & Gilgit-Baltistan: 3 to 5 business days.

4. Parcel Inspection on Delivery

Couriers in Pakistan do not allow opening sealed flybags prior to handing over the COD payment. However, SAAMBROS guarantees full protection under our 7-Day Replacement Warranty.
